Graham Flett Flett is a composer adept at writing music for a large variety of musical situations. He has written for numerous groups within Europe, Canada and the U.S.A and in doing so has established a repertoire of pieces for small and large ensembles, including compositions for vocalists, bands, orchestra, soloists, theatre, opera as well as some quite adventurous experimental works. His music is often characterized by a sense of mystery, subtle humour, and the use of characteristic sound-objects. At balance with the rational and the playful, Flett explores the limits and expectations of certain musical styles and their overall ability to be destroyed, combined, and reconfigured.
